Before the edge welding machine operates, the oil stains on the upper and lower electrodes must be removed. After the power is turned on, the body shell should have no leakage. Before starting the spot welding machine, first turn on the steering switch of the control circuit of the aging furnace and adjust the number of stages. Turn on the water source, air source, and then turn on the power supply. The electrode contacts should be kept clean and should be replaced immediately if there is any leakage. The surface of the welded parts should not stick to paint and other dirt. For example, when welding glued parts, there should be a ventilation device to remove the harmful gas generated by the welding.

During operation, the air circuit and water cooling system should be unblocked. The gas must be kept dry. The drainage temperature shall not exceed 40℃, and the drainage volume can be adjusted according to the air temperature. Check that the instrument is qualified, and within the validity period, adjust the pressure of the instrument to the qualified range according to the process requirements. Special attention should be paid to the use of high-voltage lines for spot welding of high-power edge welding machine, and do not change the power supply cable without permission. Only those who have received professional training for this type of work, pass the examination, and hold a job certificate can operate the spot welding machine to weld the workpiece.
